Refund policy

At HeroVault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or general wear and tear.

Process

  1. Email us at herovault547@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at herovault547@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at herovault547@gmail.com for further assistance.
